Telehealth Should Mean Accessible Health

CPP’s TeleAccess Assist helps eligible adults with Cerebral Palsy reduce the cost of essential, non-emergency telehealth visits with specialists and healthcare providers.


Our goal is simple—remove financial barriers so every adult with CP can access the care they deserve from home.

Who Can Apply

  • Adults (18+) with a confirmed medical diagnosis of Cerebral Palsy.
  • Located in the U.S. and receiving CP-related treatment, therapy, or evaluation within the country.
  • Incurred out-of-pocket costs (e.g., copays, platform/service fees, remote ASL/CART or communication access fees) for a qualifying telehealth visit within the past 45 days.

Required Documentation

  • Proof of Appointment
    After-visit summary, provider note, or appointment confirmation from a U.S.-based provider showing date and type of telehealth care.
  • Proof of Transportation Expense
    Itemized receipt or confirmation showing cost and payment date for the telehealth service (e.g., copay, platform fee, remote interpreter/CART invoice)..
One submission per appointment; assistance reviewed case-by-case. Only complete applications will be reviewed.
Assistance is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or payment.

Reimbursements are reviewed as funds allow and apply only to U.S.-based telehealth services.

    Submission of itemized receipts or fare confirmations (e.g., Uber/Lyft, paratransit, public transit pass, or mileage log) clearly showing cost and trip date.
Appointments and travel must occur in the U.S.; only complete applications will be reviewed.
Assistance is reviewed on a case-by-case basis. Submission of an application does not guarantee approval or payment.

Reimbursements are reviewed as funds allow and apply only to U.S.-based Cerebral Palsy-related medical treatment transportation.
